In conceiving this new house we imagined a residence with a monochromatic appearance, made up of masonry and glass volumes, divided horizontally by projecting metal and wood planes.

Inside there are the same teak: the presence of this material both on the floor and on the ceiling makes every space intimate and welcoming.

The demolition and reconstruction of the pre-existing building has also allowed us to expand the living area, a new modular space with a corner window that opens towards the swimming pool.
